Description: This person will be responsible for creating, implementing, improving manufacturing processes that consist of fabrication, cutting, welding, bending, and assembly of aluminum, steel, tubular structures and screen mesh.
This person will use their knowledge of cost of these types of materials, primarily hand fabrication cost, various methods to use for these processes, and work references that speak to this person's success in implementing and training people as well as keeping materials available for these orders.
Develops and improves manufacturing processes by studying product and manufacturing methods.

degreed engineer with 5 years+ well referenced and documented success in creating, improving, implementing, training and gaining successful results from their processes in fabrication, welding, bending, assembly of sheet metal, mesh, aluminum structures. this person should have work references of success that demonstrates that they can be fully responsible for having all required materials, know the sources and cost for the materials, as well as fabrication, creating/improving manufacturing processes, and training personnel to be effective in these processes as most of these are manual. Prior job shop experience in these areas would be the best candidate.
Must have and capable of demonstrating PLC programming skills in a interview as well as detailed in the resume.
