Description: Client in Eaton, Ohio is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer. The Client is looking for an experienced and capable manufacturing engineer who is a team player, multi-talented, self-motivated, and has the desire to grow professionally. This person will play a key role in our new product introductions as well as assuring that our existing product lines continue to exceed our customer expectations. This person will use continuous improvement techniques to improve the quality of our products and processes in accordance with our Company goals.

Key Responsibilities:
? Lead process development efforts to optimize quality and cost
? Determine parts and tools needed in order to achieve manufacturing goals according to product specifications
? Lead cross functional teams for corporate problem solving initiatives
? Provide technical support for production and design groups

Requirements: Key Qualifications we are seeking for the position are:
? Bachelor?s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related degree
? 5-8 years experience with sheet metal manufacturing is preferred
? Working knowledge of lean manufacturing, 8D, Six Sigma is highly desirable
? Experience in developing specifications designing tooling and fixtures for welding, press brake and assembly processes
? Experience working with cross functional teams to implement innovative product designs into manufacturing successes
? Demonstrated abilities to communicate with multiple levels of the organization, from the shop floor personnel to senior management
