The Advanced Engineering and Technology Division (AETD) of Belcan is a global provider of highly technical engineering services to a wide variety of industries.

Belcan Corporation is looking to expand our service in the Indianapolis, IN area and is seeking experienced leadership in gas turbine support. We are looking for Manufacturing/Quality Engineers.
Requirements: Key Experience/Knowledge Expected

? MFG Process and routings (CAPP here at RR)
? LAIR/FAIR process
? SPC
? PFMEA
? RFT
? MSA?s
? Gaging
? Quality / inspection background
? Cost Reduction
? Good understanding of machining a plus
? Supplier quality experience helpful
? Aerospace experience a plus
? Proficient in computer software such as Microsoft Office suite, Outlook, and web-based applications
? B.S. in technical field or equivalent experience

Key Skills/Abilities

? Excellent communication and customer service skills
? Strong proficiency in problem solving
? Positive customer interface
? U.S. Citizenship required
