Description: Looking for a Microbiology Technician who has 1-3 years experience and ideally an Associates degree in Biology or Chemistry. Person will analyze samples of incoming ingredients, in process components, finished products and equipment and perform all duties in accordance with USDA, company policy and established procedures. Must have working knowledge of lab equipment including autoclave, Bunsen burner, Mettler balance, pH meter and pipette. Person must be well organized with good math, communication and writing skills to log and properly label micro samples.
