Job Number: 169013 Category: A - Immediate/Urgent Need Description: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Oracle Manufacturing Functional Lead will be responsible for providing thought leadership in leading practices while implementing and managing some or all of the following Oracle applications: Inventory Management including: Inventory Organization structure development Item Master Management and all related data elements Inventory Replenishment Inventory Accuracy - Physical Inventory and Cycle Counting Bill of Materials/Engineering Management Cost Management MDS/MPS/MRP Planning Quality Work in Process The expectations of this position include design and development of client based solutions to support the discrete manufacturing processes and a comprehensive knowledge of the interaction between these applications and the supporting Key Responsibilities May Include: ? Gather and document requirements and create business process models ? Facilitate process design workshops and document the resulting solutions ? Map and apply industry leading practices ? Configure the applications to meet business requirements ? Prepare functional design specification and work closely with the technical team in associated technical scope like conversions, interfaces, reports, and extensions ? Coordinate multiple testing iterations to confirm business requirements have been met ? Troubleshooting and issue resolution for Discrete Manufacturing Application modules ? Training and assisting users ? Providing post-production support General Qualifications: Required experience in Discrete Manufacturing including Inventory Management, Item Master, Bills of Material/Engineering, Quality and Work in Process Must be proficient with Application Implementation Methodology and associated assets/documentation requirements (Oracle AIM and related methods, etc.) Additional experience with Advanced Planning, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Logistics, Mobile Supply Chain Applications (MSCA), Production Scheduling, Manufacturing Command Center and/or Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) applications is preferred but not required Experience with Oracle AIM for Business Flows and/or Oracle Accelerators approach and assets for the Demand-to-Build process is preferred but not required At least 1 to 3 Oracle 12 full cycle implementations 6+ years related experience Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Professional Skill Requirements: ? Communication skills: strong presentation/ communication / facilitation skills (oral and written). ? Business process analysis and design experience: strong business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation. ? Strong interpersonal, communication, and client-facing skills, which demonstrates confidence and fosters a "Trusted Advisor" relationship ? Able to present solutions described above to senior management via whiteboard and PowerPoint. ? General consulting skills, including: team facilitation, business case development, and strong attention to details. ? Team leader capable. Systems implementation skills include requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, requirements mapping, Oracle applications configuration, testing, training, change management, documentation and applications support. Education and Training Qualifications Basic Qualifications ? Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience ? Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred ? Six or more years of consulting experience with business analysis and software product implementation ? Experience working with CSC Catalyst and/or equivalent client or vendor-mandated methodology ? Experience working with the integrated structure of a complex software product suite ? Experience working with how the client's current and future state business processes map to the packaged application being implemented Other Qualifications ? Two to five years of additional relevant experience in one or more business or industry specialty areas ? Strong skills in solution demonstration lab (SDL) and prototyping techniques ? Strong communication skills ? Ability to deal with and resolve ambiguity ? Ability to anticipate problems and take decisive action, giving regard to the impact on both the client and the company ?
