Description: Job Description: Develop and grow HMM's aviation business in the Southeastern United States and at select airports across North America. A "seller-does" for aviation projects and a mentor to other aviation staff. Business development will be a key responsibility. Must be self-starter and a good communicator.

Principal activities will include:

? Developing strategy to target new aviation assignments in the Southeast Division.

? Promoting, opening doors and cultivating relationships with aviation clients where he/she can leverage his experience and connections.

? Cooperating with our US West and US East Deputy Aviation Practice Leaders and assist with their promotion, teaming, branding, relationship building and proposal development.

? Assemble winning teams for prospective aviation projects, sourcing new resources as required and leading these as Project Director/Manager.

? Conducting peer review on selected aviation projects.

? Taking active role and participation in US aviation industry trade organizations (FAC, ACC, ACI, AAAE), including presenting papers.

? Assisting with marketing and client development of U.S. federal projects on the request of others.
Candidate Specification Graduate engineer with a minimum of 15 years experience in the aviation consulting arena. PE required.
