Major Duties and Responsibilities • Work directly with customers and within the company to drive improvements. • Represent the company to customers for quality issues. • Generate and lead continuous improvement teams. • Lead the corrective and preventive action system. • Develop systems and measurements to highlight opportunities for improvement throughout the company.
Requirements:
Requirements Education and Special Requirements • BA/BS Technical Degree from a 4-year college or university AND/or 3 to 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education & experience. • Related experience in quality or engineering is a plus. • Project management and leadership skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
