We are looking for candidates with Root Cause Analysis experience for our Cincinnati, OH office.

Desired Skills:
Minimum of 7 years of gas turbine technology experience
Knowledge of RCA methodology
Understanding of GE LM products
Understanding of Dry Low Nox combustion systems
Gas turbine technology experience in:
- Combustors
- Turbines
- Compressor
- Bearings
- Reduction Gear Boxes
- Rotating Equipment
- Structures
- Vibration Analysis
- Gas turbine packaging and related hardware and components
Metallurgical laboratory experience

Required Skills:
BS degree or above in a technical discipline
Strong desire to learn and apply Root Cause Assessment methodology
Strong mechanical aptitude
Strong desire to determine why components fail or malfunction
Strong willingness to learn from and support efforts of Senior/Principle Engineers
Strong willingness to learn and apply systems interactions
Strong willingness and desire to be a team member
Work well under pressure to meet deadlines
Willing and capable of effectively working with global contributors
Willingness to conform to customers desires and needs
Capable of passing the requirements to access all customer computer sites and resources
Capable of leading small teams in the RCA process
Strong presentation skills
Proven interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong computer skills
