Requirements:
? BS in Engineering minimum, MS preferred
Proficient Skills:
? Minimum 7 years experience in aerospace gas turbine heat transfer
and fluid transfer analysis
? 1D hand calculations of fluid flow systems, 1D hand calculations heat
transfer coefficients
? Engine fluid network modeling, CFD boundary calculations
? Gas turbine flow fields and geometry influences, performance
characteristics of gas turbine engines
Knowledge Base:
? Aerospace/gas turbine thermodyanamic cycle, key characteristics of
engine operating parameters

? Engine cycle modeling, operational performance of gas turbine engines
under various load and input conditions
? Gas turbine sealing mechanisms and characteristics
