Description: Senior Technical Leader/ System Integrator

Profile:
Experienced engineering liaison who works between Belcan and customer groups. Individual defines and documents customer needs then orchestrates technical execution toward delivering finished drawings and/or hardware consistent with these needs. Constantly vigilant toward balancing 1) schedule, 2) cost and 3) technically correct execution. Defines and utilizes system engineering solutions wherever practical. Viewed as an influential and essential resource for resolving troublesome technical issues.
Principal Responsibilities:
? Coordinates between disciplines, vendors, and customers
? Defines and communications technical direction efficiently working in concert with the project manager
? Realizes sense of urgency and motivates others to act accordingly
? Priorities work consistent with sense of urgency, and schedule needs
? Flexible to define and meet outages

Qualifications:
Education ? BS in Aero, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
Experience ? 10 years? experience in design/ build environment preferably with Aerospace and shop experience. Understanding of multiple disciplines both between Belcan and within customer groups, how they relate and interact with each other, and ability to influence efficient communication between these groups.
