Role Context

• Innovation Planning: represent the supply chain on global innovation project teams and lead/support the delivery of Supply Chain work-streams

• Simplification: ensure integration of Category simplification programme with innovation programme

• Supply Planning: advise on the impact of innovation, simplification & cross-regional sourcing on the supply chain

• Work with the Category Planner and Network Designers to deliver capacity and contingency plans, ''Make vs Buy” analysis etc as part of the ongoing optimisation of the supply network

• Manage a team (where required)

Experience Required

• At least 5 years experience in Supply Chain, of which at least 2 years in an operational or planning role

• Good IT skills, particularly in using spreadsheets & modeling

• Regional experience essential

• Strong business understanding

• At least 1 year experience in team management (where required)

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or Science, preferably in Supply Chain Management

• MBA desirable
