Unilever Supply Chain Company (USCC) is the regional headquarters of the European Supply Chain organization responsible for sourcing, manufacturing and logistics in Europe. Its brand new offices centrally located at Schaffhausen main station are the home base to more than 220 international managers.

The Unilever Americas Supply Chain Company AG (UASCC) is a strategic centre for the Unilever Americas Supply Chain Organization, where key-decision makers will be located and based in Schaffhausen as of December 2010. This new company will encompass the entirety of Unilever’s America’s region business which includes approximately 130 brands, in 21 countries with 66 manufacturing sites. UASCC is co-located with USCC, our European Supply Chain headquarter, in its brand new offices centrally located at Schaffhausen main station, which are the home base to 300 international managers.

Are you attracted by the prospect of getting to grips with every aspect of finance in a leading international fast moving consumer goods company?

This is an excellent opportunity for Finance professionals in Europe to move into the heart of our Supply Chain and become acquainted to core SC Finance processes. The Finance team in Schaffhausen counts close to 100 members across the European and American Supply Chain as well as Treasury. So the opportunities within the finance organization in Schaffhausen are extraordinary as few sites have a similar accumulation of Finance functions and roles.

Not just anyone: You are an individual with a clear sense of responsibility, entrepreneurial thinking, a self-assured manner and you also have:

* 1 – 4 years of work experience
* Bachelor degree
* Financial Accounting and/or Management Accounting/Controlling experience
* Strong analytical skills and feel for numbers
* Experience in Financial Business partnering
* Well developed organizational skills, with ability to think clearly and prioritize when under pressure, whilst working to strict deadlines.
* Ability to work as part of a small team or on their own initiative being proactive in anticipating the team’s requirements.
* Ability to work effectively and to influence individuals within the business.
* Excellent spoken and written English with good communication skills.
* For the functions in the Americas Supply Chain Finance team Spanish or Portuguese can be of advantage.
* Knowledge of SAP (FI/CO/MM), MS Office, Access
