Business Context and Main Purpose of the Job:
To manage, train and stimulate key city’s sales team to maximize the productivity,
To take charge of sales target achievements.

Main Accountabilities:
- Formulate, implement, control and evaluate business strategies & programmes to achieve sales targets in assigned city
- Review operator, distributor and trade activities performance and support necessary corrections. - Work closely with trade marketing team and SOP team for quality execution.
- Work with supply chain to ensure efficient service to customers.
- Manage sales Budgets & Costs in responsible area.
- Manage sales productivity and effectiveness.
- Develop & execute sales management system.
- Develop, train, coach and motive talent and leaders and recommend changes in organization structure in cooperation with sales capability team.

Relevant Experience:
- Minimum 8 years sales experience in Foodservice business with at least 3 years sales management role
- Demonstrate clear passion in career development goal in foodservice channel
