Responsibilities Include:
Data Integration is one of the Benefitfocus Employer Solutions that allows employees’ benefit elections to be transmitted to various insurance carriers electronically; removing the need for paper forms. This integration streamlines the benefit enrollment process and allows companies to easily report on their employees’ benefits.
The EDI Integration Analyst will be responsible for testing the data integration between Benefitfocus and our clients’ insurance carriers. The goal is to successfully test data as well as client structure to ensure seamless benefit enrollment for our clients. This requires a strong attention to detail and an eagerness to troubleshoot and solve problems. You can expect to be responsible for 30+ data links at a time.

Responsibilities:
* Managing multiple client data integration projects
* Act as liaison/facilitator across technical and operational departments
* Analyze complex account structures and complete client configuration
* Extract data files and review for accuracy
* Research file issues using the enrollment platform, SQL, as well as various proprietary systems
* Quality assurance of data and account structure
* Track testing and client activity
Required Experience:

* BA/BS degree
* Previous work processing data files preferred
* Ability to analyze and identify concerns proactively
* Excellent communication skills
* Knowledge of benefit plans/structures is a plus
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
* Exemplary organizational skills
* Ability to understand technical process documents
