The Benefitfocus Human Resource Support Center Manager works with solutions engineering, sales, product development, and account management teams to implement HR Support Center services. Primary responsibilities include: managing client relationships, team leadership, development and delivery of department’s formal training program, business process documentation, quality assurance, new client implementation, subcontractor vendor management and human resource forecasting and management. This individual will be accountable for HRSC performance including key service/performance metrics. This position requires maintaining business relationships with clients and their carriers. This full time position requires excellent leadership communication, organization, issue management and prioritization skills. Key job functions include: * Manages the daily operations of the HR Support Center * Carrier and/or employer-client escalation point of contact * Provide direction and leadership to HRSC Team Leaders * Develop and manage short and long term initiatives to improve business process * Hires, trains and coaches HRSC team * Meeting with clients to gain understanding of their business needs * Develop goals and strategies to support overall business plan * Plan and lead projects designed to continually increase end-user adoption * Implement and report on measurable metrics in support of performance to meet the following objectives: * Customer Satisfaction * Call Center Support * Implementation and Set-up * Issue Resolution * Develop and deliver training as necessary to employer-clients Required Experience: * 7-10 years experience in Services/Support Management, Project Management or equivalent experience * Prior experience managing a high performing team * Highly energetic, friendly with exceptional rapport-building skills * Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills: diplomatic, professional and composed * Ability to build, manage and develop teams * Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills * Exceptional analytical abilities * Ability to travel as required * Experience with course development, formal training, quality systems and process management methodology is an asset.
