Experienced in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word & Microsoft Outlook
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Maintain MSDS on location and in Field Office

Assist OpTechs and Chemical vendors with chemical inventory

Collect samples to be distributed to Labs, track progress of analysis (chloride, calcium, barium, and sulfates)

Monitor, troubleshoot, maintain and repair all chemical pumps

Assist Construction/Maintenance groups in tank and pump installations

Attend and assist in all SOP's and PHA's concerning Batch Treatments

Set Batch Treating Schedules with Planning Specialist

Oversee all Batch Treatments

Insure all Contractors/Vendors understand completely and comply with corporate H2S standards, policies and procedures

Provide and update data for weekly production meeting

Attend and assist chemical team in all monthly chemical reviews

Track corrosion coupons.

Up keep on rectifiers, monthly pipe to soil readings, trouble shoot and install critical bonds, etc.

Install test stations on all foreign line crossings.

Keep system isolated from foreign systems such as the production equipment(proper installation/location of isolation kits).

Keep all data organized for audits.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications

High School graduate, Technician's Diploma, GED or equivalent required

Experience and Technical Competencies

Strong team working skills required

Strong health, safety, environmental and regulatory compliance record preferred

Hydrocarbons industry and/or a relevant trade qualification or certificate preferred

A working knowledge of pumps, compressors, cranes, dehydration systems, separation systems, control systems, chemical systems, and fire fighting systems preferred
