PURPOSE

The incumbent will be a key member of the multi-functional Eagle Ford Production Unit, and will coordinate well interventions, well surveillance, and artificial lift installation activities via coordination of well site supervisors. Ensuring that all intervention activities are conducted safely and in line with Company North American Shale controls and procedures is a key accountability for the role.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

The incumbent will be responsible to:

Supervise well site supervisors in execution of wellwork

Ensure all well intervention activity is conducted in a safe and environmentally responsible manner

Obtain an In depth understanding of the Company's North American Shale (NAS) controls and procedures relating to well interventions

Ensure well intervention personnel understand these controls and procedures and that they are effectively implemented.

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards related to well interventions

Ensure HSEC Policy and Management Standards are fully understood and implemented

Support HSEC initiatives as required

Ensure audit of vendors and all well intervention equipment in line with Company controls and procedures

Coordinate planning and execution of well interventions ( e.g. tube-up, surveillance, clean outs, installation of artificial lift etc)

Prioritization and maintenance of well intervention schedule

Prepare and Review well intervention procedures

Support production engineers in design and optimization of artificial lift

Build and maintain tube-up schedule

Ensuring well files are updated post well intervention jobs

Ensure wellwork results tracking

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:

BS Degree in Engineering preferred

Advanced well control training

Safety and risk management training for supervisors

Experience:

+10 years relevant engineering experience

Well intervention supervision and planning

Onsite well intervention supervision for a variety operations

Prefer shale operational experience

Languages:

English required
