Big Brothers Big Sisters is a mentoring agency, we serve children facing adversity by providing them with a strong and enduring, professionally supported one on one relationship with a caring adult. We enroll children and volunteers by collaborating with parent /guardians, other agencies, schools and community partners. We are accountable for each child in our program achieving higher aspirations, greater confidence, better relationships, and educational success. We manage the matches by making sure they are compliant, safe and effective. Our intern serves the agency in our Match Support Department, calling on parents, volunteers and children, managing match records, outcome surveys and data entry system.
