Title: Mutual Fund Distribution Analyst

BlackRock is seeking a Mutual Fund Distribution Analyst to support limited broker/dealer functions associated with distribution and private placement activity.


Responsibilities:

Commission processing.
Transfer agency reporting.
Board reporting.
Management reporting.
Client on-boarding (intermediaries).
Quality control.
Data mining.
Financial analysis.
Project administration (scheduling, tracking and follow-up).
Skills and Qualifications:

Candidate should have at least 1 year of Transfer Agency experience or 2 years Brokerage and Mutual Fund Operations experience with a wire house. Conversion experience is a plus.
Understanding of mutual fund commissions.
Advanced Excel skills are required, including the ability to write macros.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Candidate must have good organizational, communication and follow-up skills.
Attention to detail is a must.
Candidate should be task and project oriented.
Candidate must be able to work both independently and in a group environment.
Licensing a plus.
