Position description : USDC Sales Process and Reporting Manager BlackRock’s US Defined Contribution COO team is responsible for the business management, strategy, reporting and MIS for the group leading a range of strategic initiatives for BlackRock’s $400bn USDC business. Our group, reporting to the Head of USDC, forms the connective tissue” of BlackRock’s defined contribution business, coordinating functional areas within the business and interactions with the broader BlackRock organization. The sales process and reporting manager will lead business reporting within the group and manage the sales effectiveness and process programs. The team integrates multiple dimensions of the sales process and data analytics to provide lead generation and meaningful sales reporting. We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated individual excited to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment that will be the future growth engine for the world’s largest asset manager. Given the broad range of projects and initiatives, relatively small group size, and collegial business culture, this role will gain significant exposure across the business. Primary responsibilities will include: · Building and presenting sophisticated, insightful analytics on the business · Development of lead generation program · Creation of weekly and monthly reporting packages · Monitoring and reporting on sales metrics and process · Management of CRM systems and technology · Maintaining complex internal and industry datasets and regularly drawing / presenting actionable insights · Enhancing the group’s perspective on external market trends, competitive dynamics and business implications through regular review and synthesis of BlackRock and external industry research · Partnering with sales and marketing to help support and drive key initiatives BlackRock is proud to be an E-Verify & Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer—M/F/D/V. Qualifications: · BA or BS required; major in Economics, Business, Finance or related fields preferred · Excellent presentation skills (oral and written) and analytical skills (including building models and managing complex XLS datasets) are a must Strong PC skills, including Word, Excel, advanced knowledge of PowerPoint Strong database management skills Analytical ability to synthesize information and summarize key issues Sound judgement and professionalism · Constant drive for innovation, improvement and automation · Self-motivation and ability to lead workstreams relatively independently · Experience working in a management consulting or investment banking environment and/or familiarity with the asset management industry preferred Job: Business ManagementOrganization: Client-Retail %26 iShares-US DC Apply on Company Website |
