Position Description Perform analysis and solution delivery to enterprise BSA customers encountering BSA deployment problems of significant technical complexity. Utilize in-depth general knowledge of distributed computing environments, server/data management concepts, and software automation concepts to provide solutions enabling enterprise customers to successfully derive value out of BSA. Infrastructure sizing requests for new customers or existing customers performing upgrades, expanding their environments and/or use cases, or experiencing performance/scale problems. Implementation of tooling to facilitate infrastructure sizing requests. Customer deployment health check reviews. Resolution of complex customer escalated product issues. Develop and review best practice documentation. Customer guidance on complex software and network security concerns. Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or foreign equivalent plus 7 years of experience in Enterprise software product development or testing. Experience to include: Complex distributed computing environments, including interactions of software, hardware, database and network in relation to performance/scalability issues; Windows and Unix/Linux server administration topics; Computer and network security concepts; IP networking, networking protocols including DNS, DHCP, LDAP and firewalls; Software automation concepts; Network sniffers and network captures. At least 5 of the 7 years experience to include the following: Unix operating systems including AIX, HPUX, Linux and Solaris; Active Directory and Windows domain environment; Enterprise level integration with standard industry products including RSA SecurID, LDAP servers and Active directory; and Interfacing directly with Fortune 500 customers.
