The Reception Interns will act as the first point of contact for all office visitors. They will be responsible for greeting guests and employee applicants as well as handling all incoming calls on our telephone console. Maintain a log of all incoming and outgoing packages. In addition, the intern is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance of the reception area and making sure all guests are attended to.
