Our St. Louis office is looking for a Construction Manager to work in our growing Construction Design Build group. The Construction manager willprovide overall administrative and technical direction for a industrial facility, refinery or ethanol plant construction project. Responsible for overseeing total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule. Includes interfacing with client representatives, A/E representatives, union officials, subcontractors, security, etc. This position plans, coordinates and/or supervises field activities of all company personnel on assigned project(s); authorizes/approves all project purchase requisitions, change requests, etc; ensures all company, client, and project policies, procedures, standards, etc., are adhered to, and may need to interpret policies as required; maintains official project log and documentation files. Other duties include assisting with implementation/interpretation of safety programs; providing direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions as required. Perform additional duties as assigned.
