The Construction Design-Build Global Practice has an exciting opportunityfor an experienced SeniorConstruction Project Manager. Description This position provides overall administrative and technical direction for construction projects. Responsible for overseeing total construction effort to ensure project is safely constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. Includes interfacing with client representatives, A/E representatives, subcontractors, etc. This position plans, coordinates and/or supervises field activities of all company personnel on assigned projects (s); authorizes/approves all project purchase requisitions, change requests, etc; ensures all company, client, project policies, procedures, and standards are adhered to by personnel. May interpret policy manuals. Maintains official project log and documentation files. Other duties include assisting with implementation/interpretation of safety programs, providing direction to planning, scheduling, and engineering functions. Perform additional duties as assigned. This position will be based at our World Headquarters in Kansas City.
