Description Responsible for generating revenue from sale of commercial air time to qualified agencies and clients. Account Executive will work assigned list and also be responsible for developing new, un-tapped opportunities to fulfill billing goals. Additional responsibilities include client entertainment, monitoring competitive television stations, and attending weekly sales meetings. This position is located in Woodbury, NY.
Qualifications 1+ years experience of major market television or radio sales at major advertising agency level. Must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of media negotiations, a successful track record, and a strong background in business development. Strong communications, time management and organizational skills required. Must have computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc. Must have a valid New York driver's license and dependable transportation a must.
