About This Opportunity:
This Surgical Services Manager has been empowered to perform the functions listed below and will be held accountable for them in the Scheduling office, Pre Admission Testing, Same Day Surgery, Operating Room, Post Anesthesia Care Unit, Gastro-intestinal Lab., and Sterile Processing Dept. Surgical Services Manager assists the Director of Surgical Services with overall coordination of patient care from point of entry to the point of exit from the service. This position facilitates the organization of resources, systems and services of California Hospital Medical Center as they relate to the provision of surgical and GI care. Assumes the administrative responsibilities of the department in the absence of the Dept. Director.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years past related experience as a Supervisor. Demonstrates solid managerial, administrative, scheduling, planning and budgeting skills in addition to advanced technical knowledge. Current RN license from California Board of Nursing.
