We are offering an excellent opportunity for a Human Resources intern in our Cambridge, Massachusetts headquarters to gain valuable, practical experience in a dynamic consulting environment. Candidates will have the opportunity to gain invaluable knowledge in many areas of the field, including recruiting, benefits strategy and administration, employee relations, and legal compliance. During your internship, you will have the opportunity to attend and provide input during HR department meetings and work side by side with our staff of Human Resources experts. Responsibilities include providing support to our exciting HR initiatives such as Wellness, Employee Activities Group, etc.; and supporting the HR staff in a variety functions, including maintaining HR compliance and filing systems, providing support for our new hire orientation programs as well as our exit interview processes, supporting our HR team on special projects, reconciling invoices, and assisting the HR Business Partner with special projects for two of our consulting business lines. Front desk assistance with answering phones will be required at times too.

Requirements: We are ideally looking for someone who has the ability to work 20 hours per week and is enrolled in college curriculum. Rising seniors (Class of 2013) preferred. Must reside locally and be available beyond the summer. Must have interest in human resources related work; ideal candidate will have experience in office environment.
