INSTALLER Date Updated: May 09, 2013 Location: Longmont, CO Job Type: Full-Time/Regular Position ID: 83082-140965 Job Description Camping World is looking for an Installer to join our team.  The Installer will be responsible for installing hitches, plates and other accessories for our customers.  * Individuals with good mechanical ability to diagnose and repair RV systems and accessories   * Provides and documents complete repair or replacement services to customers. * Executes work orders while diagnosing and repairing RV equipment and structures * Keeps track of parts and materials used in repair or replacement * Keeps supervisor apprised of work progress * Ensures that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor or designee. * Maintains a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers. * Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned * Prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending * May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices * Exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment * Enviornment conditions include heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust and wetness   Qualifications * Certification from college or technical school in trade field is nice to have but not required  * 1+ year of service technician or equipment installation experience preferred * RVIA certification preferred but not required * Good written and oral communication skills * Basic computer skills * Must comply with Federal, State and Local standards and requirements * Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, it’s employees, or customers * Must have own tools * Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record preferred   Additional Information: Job Level: Any Number of Openings: 3 Years of Experience: Any Level of Education: Any Starting Date : ASAP RV Expert Center Articles: Guides, tips and how-tos * -Getaway idea: Gateway... * -Pet Hair Eliminator B...
