The Client Success Manager’s responsibilities include meeting and exceeding contractual obligations, recognizing and acting on up-sell opportunities, and establishing and maintaining strong client relationships. The Account Manager will also assist in partnership marketing, business development and sales for multiple products that include, TweetMyJobs, CareerBeam and Intrnships.com - All divisions of CareerArc Group LLC
Manage overall relationship with clients (i.e. support technology integration, coordinate communication, report results, etc.)
Ensure obligations of the partnership are met, that expectations are exceeded, and retention goals are met/exceeded.
Work with and coordinate cross-functional teams (Ad Ops, Marketing, Product, Technology, etc.) to ensure business goals are met.
Develop relationships with strategic external partners (execute/implement partner into program, enhance the customer experience, drive acquisition, and promote loyalty).
Identify and develop cross-sell/up-sell opportunities with partners and clients.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Ability to sell and communicate the value of our solutions and audience.
Able to understand and communicate technology to and from the client and troubleshoot as needed.
Able to identify up-sell opportunities and communicate value proposition.
Able to create account strategy and implementation plans.
Able to use influencing and negotiations skills to accomplish tasks cross-functionally.
Strong knowledge of social media, especially Twitter.
Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytic and presentation skills particularly using Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of online advertising including display and search advertising.
Knowledge of the recruitment and/or career development space preferred.
Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree, MBA a plus.
2+ years of strategic implementation, account management or project management experience.
Experience in a client facing role.
Experience working in a fast moving function.
