* Supports all Retail functional areas with financial and analytical support
* Conduct and document financial analysis projects as a key member of the Retail Finance Team
* Identify, assess and communicate issues affecting profitability
* Perform business, financial, operational and merchandising analysis to impact top-line and bottom-line results and support
* Support the annual and long-range strategic planning process
Required Experience:

* 2-5 years of retail experience in an analytical role
* Analytical and financial principles
* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and an acute attention to detail
* Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
* Ability to thrive in a dynamic fast-paced team environment with frequent deadlines
* Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage projects from concept to completion within given time constraints
* Self-motivated
* Bachelor’s degree
