* Process various multi-state payrolls timely and accurately, including garnishments, benefits, and taxes consistent with all laws
* Prepare reports and ad hoc analysis as required
* Assist with creating the payroll month-end closing journal entries
* Prepare payroll account reconciliations
* Assist with annual processing and issuance of W-2 documents
* Track and report monthly performance metrics
* Aid in process improvement projects or other duties as assigned by the Payroll Manager
* Perform clerical duties as necessary (filing, copying, scanning, etc.)
Required Experience:

* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Experience working with ADP payroll systems a plus
* Highly confidential and detail oriented
* High level of customer service
* Excellent mathematical skills
* High School diploma or equivalent required; associates or bachelors degree preferred
* 2+ years’ experience in an administrative support function
* Prior multi-state payroll experience highly desirable
