* Integrity of Financial Records, reporting of results and compliance
* Manage Retail accounting and financial reporting functions
* Ensure fiscal responsibility throughout Retail and E-commerce organizations
* Annual budgeting and org structure development and coordinator
* Oversight of all Real Estate Leasing and accounting compliance, incorporating all state and federal regulatory processes
* Quarterly rolling estimates
* Lead for financial systems implementation, i.e. Hyperion
* Field Payroll (including engineering of payroll matrix)
* Financial Planning to support the Retail growth objectives
* Prepare month end and year end reports
* Pre and Post financial planning, and forecasting for mergers and acquisitions
* Corporate Finance partner
* Ensure Integrity of Retail Financial Records
* Oversee Monthly / Quarterly Closing Process
* Income Statement
* Balance Sheet
* External Audit
* Sarbanes Compliance
* Retail Store P&L and Home Office Expense Budgeting
* Development, Coordination and Presentation
* Sales, Comp Sales and Gross Margin validation with P&A
* Headcount
* Quarterly E-Forecasting
* Development, Coordination and Presentation
* Sales, Comp Sales and Gross Margin validation with P&A
* SG&A Expense Control
* Manage Retail Capital Budget

Required Experience:

* B.S. Degree in Accounting/Finance
* 5+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance Department
* Managing budgets upwards of $1 billion
* Supervisory experience
* Strong analytical and forecasting skills
* Demonstrated knowledge and application of accounting principles
