Department: Staff Education Schedule: Full Time Shift: Days w/ rotation Hours: 8a-4p Job Grade: E08 Union Job: No Job Details: * Clinical Advisor, Wound Ostomy Nurse – Staff Education (CH): TheClinical Advisor, Wound-Ostomy Nurseis a registered nurse who specializes in the care of patients with wounds, atomies, and/or continence disorders. Primary responsibilities are to direct, coordinate, and evaluate patient care in the area(s) of their expertise. Specific functions include consultation and education for patients and Catholic Health (CH) staff.Supports care management and collaborates with other multidisciplinary teams of health care providers to implement evidence based care, update clinical practice based on current research and changes in patient/ family needs.This nurse works collaboratively with the wound care center and other departments to promote a seamless transition of services.
