JOIN US NOW as we are seeking a dynamic STAFF NURSE who shares the same passion for our patients to coordinate, supervise and implement patient care based on competence, professional expertise, knowledge and evidence-based practice. All Staff Nurses are expected to practice autonomously, consistent with professional standards, Nurse Practice Act and hospital job description.

This position is critical to the success of Chandler Regional Medical Center and requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Dignity Health

The 3rd floor MEDICAL-SURGICAL unit at Chandler Regional Medical Center is a 28 bed service line, with emphasis on oncology/chemotherapy specialization. The RN staff work 12 hours shits with ancillary staffing personnel. The unit works collaboratively with other disciplines for quality outcomes. Patient Care Conferences are held weekly, a multidisciplinary approach to patient care. The staff encourage patient-family centered care. The unit is staffed based on acuity based staffing. There are 3 isolation rooms on unit, all private beds.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
ADN, Diploma, BSN or Foreign Equivalent
Current AZ State RN License in good standing. Current BLS card.
CT CPRBLS

PREFERRED:
1 Year previous experience
