The MEDICAL / SURGICAL ICU unit at Chandler Regional Medical Center provides quality care to the highest acuity of our patient population in the East Valley. The unit is staffed 24/7 by certified Intensivists who are deeply involved in quality outcomes. With the expertise of our qualified staff our unit provides the latest medical advances to better patient outcomes, increase quality, and decrease length of stay. We are committed to the highest level of patient satisfaction and encourage family participation in individualizing our patient care goals. We feature self-scheduling, 12-hour shifts. Our unit is fast paced and our staff is empowered with unit-based Shared Governance
This position is critical to the success of Chandler Regional Medical Center and requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of Dignity Health formerly Catholic Healthcare West.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Previous ICU experience
Current AZ State RN License in good standing, or Compact RN licenseCurrent BLS cardCurrent ACLS card within 6 months of hire
