What you'll do:
Responsible for administering company compensation programs.  Evaluates and analyzes salary data. Recommends pay grades. Conducts or participates in compensation surveys. Conducts job evaluations and may serve on job evaluation committees. Administers FLSA compliance.  Support for Executive Compensation.

Position Responsibilities:

Market analysis, range updates, etc. including competitive analysis and survey participation for the Store, Distribution Center, and International team; this includes market research and best practice analysis

Job Description analysis and support, including FLSA analysis and compliance
*
Project Management; to include Performance Management/ Merit system development and administration
*
Equity administration including site updates, associate questions and record retention
*
Records support and administration
*
Incentive program support including implementation and administration
*
 eAssociate support
Compensation communications development and deployment

Job Requirements

*
Requires a bachelor’s degree
*
3-5 years of experience in the Compensation field or in a related area
*
Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
*
Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
*
Action oriented, with strong business acumen
*
Resourceful with high integrity and interpersonal savvy and influence on partnerships
*
Independent motivation, thinking and organizing and setting priorities
