The HRIS Analyst, Continuous Process Improvement (CPI) and Projects is responsible for supporting HR systems development, HR projects, and continuous process improvement.  This includes all aspects of project support such as requirements gathering, data analysis, deployment, documentation, training, and testing.  This role may also be responsible for creating and/or reviewing project schedules, requirements, documents, functional specifications, system documentation, and test plans. The HRIS Analyst, CPI and Projects may project manage smaller projects.   This role works with other areas of HRIS and HR shared services to identify and execute continuous process improvements. 
Projects:  Works with the HRIS Manager, CPI and Projects to drive  the successful delivery of HRIS projects through effective project management techniques resulting in projects delivered on schedule, on budget, and on quality.  May project manage less complex projects.  Communicates expectations and commitments to Manager, HRIS team, and other stakeholders; Tracks project deliverables using appropriate tools and constantly monitors and reports on progress to stakeholders as appropriate.  Gathers requirements, documents procedures, reviews specifications, develops test plans, scripts, and executes testing plans.   Effectively partners with shared services, IT, and business users.   Maintains effective and consistent communication with all project stakeholders utilizing regular reporting and communication techniques.  Identifies and applies metrics used to measure the success of each project implementation.
Continuous Process Improvement:  Identify opportunities for improvement.  Design, develop and implement solutions to streamline manual tasks and increase process reliability and performance.  Detail and document change management efforts and develop plans accordingly.  Recommend process/customer service improvements, innovative solutions and policy changes.  Utilize technology as a lever to facilitate business process improvements for end users.  Serve as a liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (e.g. payroll, benefits, compensation).  
 
Process Documentation, Training and Communication:  Utilizes tools like Visio to document processes and procedures.  Create, modify, and update standard operating documents and procedures.  Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation.  May train new system users.  Identify opportunities to re-train or communicate processes to users that facilitate efficiencies, improve data integrity and user acceptance. 
Individual Development:  Maintain awareness of current trends in HR technology with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, and applying key technologies.  Examine trends in information systems training, materials and techniques. Through classes, reading, CBTs or other mechanisms, continuously increase both HR knowledge and HRIS application/tools knowledge.
 
Job Requirements

* Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience and a minimum of two (2) years HR systems related experience.
* Some experience with project management processes such as requirements gathering, quality assurance, business process modeling, spec review, testing, and project management methodologies.
* Ability to apply technical knowledge and expertise to HR policies and processes.
* Experience with HR systems / applications including Talent Acquisition, On-boarding, Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service, Talent Management, and report/query tools. ADP EV5, eTime, Kenexa, Microstrategy, ADP Reporter, Access experience a plus.
* Demonstrated a working knowledge of critical Human Resources principles and practices.
* Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Excellent organization and prioritization skills. Detail orientated and ability to get work done timely and efficiently.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
