JPMorgan Chase is seeking talented candidates for a position as a Strategy Associate in our Chase Consumer and Community Banking Strategy Group, focusing on Chase Card Services and based in Wilmington, DE. The group functions as an internal consulting group and works on a project basis to address topics at the top of senior management agendas. While this role will be primarily dedicated to the Card business, it will provide the opportunity to work on other initiatives across the Consumer and Community Banking organization. Projects in the Strategy Group span many lines of business, including Consumer and Business Banking, Wealth Management, Card, and Mortgage. Projects include developing growth strategies, assessing and planning market entry, improving operational efficiency and effectiveness, setting technology and operations strategy, and designing cross-line of business initiatives. Projects are typically team-based and include heavy interaction and collaboration with lines of business and staff areas. Our focused group of professionals is composed of top performers from top strategy consulting firms, other internal JPMorgan Chase groups and top graduate programs. The right candidate will work as part of small project teams in solving complex problems and implementation issues critical to the company.
