Description: The Application Developer is responsible for providing high quality technology solutions that address business needs of the Chase Customer Experience Business Intelligence (CEBI). In this role, the Application Developer will be involved in all phases of Software Development Lifecycle, from working with customers to gather requirements, through project implementation and on-going support. Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Support applications in production managed by the Application Management team created in .Net, ApEx, and MS Access.
  • Develop applications using Microsoft .Net Framework (asp.net, c#), testing, implementation and deployment using existing architecture
  • Effectively create application end-user help documents to help users navigate and understand applications
  • Adhere to all corporate and departmental standards and policies
  • Maintain and enhance existing Web based applications as needed.
  • Tune application code for optimal performance.
  • Work with customers to understand application/ project requirements for new projects and enhancements.
  • Manage ITSM/ECM code deployment requests
  • Open tickets for technical/server issues
  • Organize multiple work tasks and prioritize them to meet deadlines
  • Help end-users using a "consultative" approach
  • Trouble shoot issues reported by end-users (Application and Data)
