Develop market analyses based on research and formulate point of view and point of arrival artifacts. Execute detailed business case development and analysis. Lead research and gather insights to inform long-term product roadmap. Coordinate product launch activities along with lead Product and Operational teams to ensure successful customer experience and readiness. Work closely with Chase marketing business teams to support all marketing efforts and drive customer engagement with the product.
