Department Summary
Firmwide Technology Services (FTS) executes shared services for business, data and contact-center solutions and provides company-wide technology direction through collaborative engineering and architecture leadership. The organizations within FTS are responsible for building and enabling contact centers, data warehouses, advanced analytic solutions, mobile technologies, and for providing architectural oversight for consumer and wholesale banking.

The Data Management Analytics (DMA) organization is responsible for building the strategic, analytic data warehouse for Chase Financial Services and managing the Integrated Consumer Data Warehouse (ICDW), Consumer Data Hub (Info1), and legacy Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) data warehouses. DMA also provides direction for large data warehouses across the firm.

Key Responsibilities Responsible forDWH Profiling and Quality in Teradata across Data warehouse projects Publish Data quality Dashboards and profiling results across multiple projects Leveraging data proceedures and SQL Identify efficiencies and ways to improveprofiling processes Works with various other team members, including DBA's, ADs, QA Leadership and Business Analysts Ensure that solutions are not one-offs, but can be leverage across the organization Excellent knowledge of the Full life cycle of a project.
