As a Senior Financial Associate, you will be providing reporting and analysis for the Mortgage Servicing Borrower's Assistance business. Primary responsiblities will involve strategic analysis related to our current site/building footprint (12k+ associates residing in 2M+ SqFt of office space). We are looking for an analyst who is able to work with the senior finance and operations teams to develop long short term site strategies. You will need to be proficient in creating detailed management reporting, and also comfortable with presenting findings to senior management. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining advanced models and spreadsheets for regular business reviews that are geared towards detailed site specific business activities and strategies. In addition to these functions, you will also at times be asked to provide ad hoc financial analysis supporting the rest our team as we manage all Revenue, Balance Sheet, Portfolio and Management Reporting for the Mortgage Servicing Borrower's Assistance business.
