Located 41 miles from Chicago, the Chase Elgin site employs nearly 2,400 people across all lines of business. The key functions within Card Services are Customer Support Division, Chase Litigation, Fraud Operations, Correspondence, Executive Office, Remittance Processing, Global Commercial Card, Treasury Securities Services, Legal and Compliance, Information Technology, Performance Improvement and Human Resources. The Site Director/General Manager of Customer Experience
will build a world class customer centric culture within the Consumer and Community Banking Operations Center. The incumbent will have accountability for business results for all Customer Experience and supporting functions resident at the site, and will be responsible for driving employee engagement across the campus. Additionally, s/he will develop the site operating strategy and execution plan in collaboration with functional leadership and implement flawlessly against that plan along with other projects/strategic initiatives within the campus and across the business. Special focus will be paid to ensuring that all site infrastructure and shared services are executed efficiently and in a collaborative manner to support the successful daily operations within the site. S/he will be an advocate for the brand in building a strong local market presence as a community partner and as a company-of-choice for job seekers. Other key features of the Site Director include: Community Leadership o Develop relationships in the community for volunteer and leadership events and drives participation in the site. o Represent the company on non-profit boards of director positions, partner with community leaders to build/deepen the Chase brand. o Seek opportunities to include Chase in local community events; position Chase as a leader in the community who genuinely cares about giving back to the community o Position Chase and site as an Employer of Choice. Business Leadership o Take lead on developing enterprise wide strategies to deliver improvements to customer experience and process improvements.
