" Software Developer, programmer, coder, & superstar wanted:

We are a new startup with primary operations in Memphis, TN. The current co-founders are both business people with no technical background. We are looking for someone with knowledge of database driven coding languages (i.e. PHP, Ruby, etc..) to do back-end work on our site.

The position will be an internship with a negotiable salary and with the potential to develop into a permanent co-founder position (with equity %) for the right person.

Moreover, the startup is music focused so a love of music is a plus, but not required.

Here are some of the startup specifics:

We need someone that can create profiles, individual user logins, etc.
We need someone that can create / integrate technology that uses video (i.e. skype)
We need someone that can create / integrate beat making technology.
We need someone that can create an online marketplace or auction system (i.e. ebay)

Have to be in Memphis, TN for the internship.
