Job Requirements
–         To provide anexceptional experience for new and existing clients by identifyingtheir needs through the utilization of CIBC Financial tools
–         Will be requiredto plan business activities to meet weekly sales, service andreferral targets for personal and small business clients
–         Will beresponsible for proactively initiating phone calls to bookappointments with clients to discuss their needs and to offerfinancial solutions
–         Accountable foraccurately capturing and validating clients’ personal and financialinformation, ensuring all documentation is completed in accordancewith CIBC policies and procedures
–         Act as BranchManager during his/her absence
–         Demonstrate astrong code of ethics while adhering to and protecting clientprivacy
What We’re Looking For
–         Successfulcandidates must exhibit CIBC’s values of trust, team work, andaccountability
–         Must have CIFC orCSC prior to or within 6 months of start date
–         Must have priorprofessional experience working towards and achieving salestargets
–         Must haveinitiative and the ability to build strong relationships
–         Should beorganized and detail oriented

–         Must be availableto work evenings and weekends (Saturdays & Sundays)
–         Location: must bemobile and flexible to Chatham Ontario and area
