Cintas is currently looking for an Architect – Mobility for the Enterprise Architecture Team in the Enterprise COE. We are looking for a talented individual how knows enterprise mobile computing and has a strong application development background. This is a position of key influence and will be responsible for architecting, leading, and driving the Mobile App Store, Mobile Reference Architecture, and Enterprise Mobile Projects. The Architect should have the interpersonal skills to influence and communicate with business leaders, vendors, and engineers alike.

The Architect – Mobility is responsible for:

• Acting as technical visionary to proactively define the direction of future projects
• Serving as member and co-chair of the Enterprise Mobile Steering Committee
• Serving as the technical lead, addressing problems of systems integration, compatibility, and security
• Identifying, investigating, and proving out new technologies for adding to the mobile reference architecture
• Championing portfolio management of application and technologies including coordination with IT Leadership and IT Finance team to ensure costs and terms of solutions align with benchmarks and strategic direction
• Planning projects including gathering demand from business divisions, solutioning, ranking and estimating the demand, and establishing roadmaps based on the portfolio
• Governance of mobile projects to ensure consistency with vision, adherence to standards, and quality of final product

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's Degree in IT discipline is preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in application development/engineering
— Knowledge of professional software engineering practices and best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
— Experience taking a project from scoping requirements through development, delivery, and launch of applications.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with mobile application development with native technologies or mobile frameworks (HTML5, PhoneGap, JQuery Mobile, DOJO, Titanium, Sencha Touch)
• Minimum 3 years of IT design experience in at least 1 additional field below:
— Business/Applications Architecture or Engineering
— Security Architecture or Engineering
— Data Architecture or Engineering
— Network/Telecom Architecture or Engineering
• Experience communicating technical and business issues/solutions to all levels of individuals, including manager, directors and executives
• Experience leading and working within cross-functional teams consisting of applications, infrastructure, security and business team members
• Experience leading projects including Design aesthetics and User Experience concepts, preferred
• Experience with SAP Mobile Platform or equivalent enterprise mobile application development platform, preferred
• Experience with IT mobility services (MDM, MAM, MSM, Device Delivery), preferred
• Experience with SAP or other ERP, preferred
• Experience using Microsoft SharePoint and productivity tools, preferred
• Architectural tools or CMDB (Configuration Management Database) experience, preferred
• Professional certifications (TOGAF, PMP, Six Sigma, MCSE, CCNA, IBM), preferred
