Security Team at International Headquarters:

By joining the Corporate Security team at our international headquarters, you will develop security standards in cooperation with the departments concerned, as well as develop a security awareness program and organize prevention initiatives.

You may also be required to:
* Develop and update security and prevention programs;
* Support the managers in their efforts to raise awareness among employees in regards to security, as it is an essential means of maintaining a functioning environment atCirque du Soleil, as well as preserving peace of mind;
* Develop a physical security program, standardize and simplify the emergency measures plan, and promote the training of employees on tour, in collaboration with tour security managers and staff.
Touring Security:

By joining the Security team on tour, you will supervise activities related to security, emergencies and special security needs, as well as establish and maintain good relations with local security agencies and emergency services.

You may also be required to:
* Ensure production site and Big Top surveillance;
* Train, supervise and provide ongoing support to supernumerary employees and security guards from local agencies;
* Keep emergency procedures up-to-date and perform regular emergency training exercises.

Essential Attributes

You will need the following attributes for your profile to be considered:

Security Team at International Headquarters:
* Diploma in Post-Secondary Studies in Security or equivalent training;
* Designation as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP), or equivalent;
* Minimum of 7 years of experience, including at least 4 years of experience in developing security, prevention and training programs;
* Knowledge of risk assessment and risk control methods;
* Computer literacy in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel Outlook, etc.);
* Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written.
Touring Security:
* Diploma in Post-Secondary Studies in a related field;
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position;
* First Aid Certification;
* Fluency in English, both spoken and written (fluency in French is an asset);
* Available to travel and work full time in foreign countries.
