Main Challenges

By joining the Stage Management team, you will coordinate technical resources, assist the Artistic team during rehearsals and training as well as manage training, rehearsal and show schedules.

You may also be required to:
* Ensure show continuity;
* Ensure adherence to the show's code of ethics;
* Coordinate artistic set up and dismantling operations;
* Ensure that safety standards are followed;
* Prepare stage management logs;
* Apply emergency measures during performances.

Essential Attributes

You will need the following attributes for your profile to be considered:
* Diploma in Theatre Production or equivalent training;
* First Aid Certification (EMT);
* Minimum of 5 to 15 years of experience in stage management, according to the position;
* Fluency in English, both spoken and written (French is an asset);
* Available to travel and work in foreign countries, according to the position.

For the Resident Shows inLas Vegas:
These positions may be classified under the Hotel/Casino structure for payroll and health & welfare benefits. Should you be considered for employment, you will be required to participate in all of the Hotel/Casino selection processes including a background security check and drug/alcohol testing.

For the Resident Shows in the USA:
Cirque du Soleil cannot process immigration paperwork for these positions therefore candidates must have legal authorization to work in theUnited Statesat the time of their application.
