Job Responsibilities:
The recruiter is responsible for finding qualified candidates to place in temporary or permanent IT positions at our client sites. This includes:
? Identify candidates
? Screen and Qualify candidates
? Conduct phone and in person interviews
? Develop and post job ads
? Conduct reference and background checks
? Prepare candidates for interviews; debrief candidates
? Prepare resumes for client presentation
? Present job opportunities to candidates and negotiate contract terms
? Build and maintain excellent relationships with contract employees
