This role within Property Technical Operations and Data Centers - Americas will be a support function for the team and report directly to the Head of Property Technical Operations and Data Centers, Americas region. The Facility Coordinator will support the team in the delivery of all aspects of Data Center and Property Technical Operations as well as all maintenance and energy efficiency management measures. The chosen individual will contribute in a support role to the ongoing development of technical solutions across all Data Centers and Technical Operations in the geographical area, focusing support on all aspects of operational risk, maintenance and operations and contribute to the continuous improvement process.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Reporting - Support and report upon the development and implementation of operations, maintenance and energy efficiencies and innovation. Support management of data and produce essential reports in support of the team. Reporting of KPIs as to align with strategic plan and business objectives.
  • Data Collection - Support the development of the maintenance supply chain (functionally) that will enable all aspects of maintenance activity (including PPM, RM) and compliance programs to be managed in a way that optimizes the value of investment and minimizes the impact on business occupiers. Data collection exercises to support and/or develop future maintenance strategies.
  • Research - Support continuous research into industry standards and best practice for Technical Operations, Critical Infrastructure. Contribute to the development of standards for critical infrastructure support through reporting and building operation manuals. Method of Procedures (MOPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) development support with the team.
  • Coordination - Data Center contract coordination with Contract Management and vendors. Financial variance and budget coordination reporting on a regular basis. Procurement process coordination for team. Compliance / Risk process coordination and reporting to ensure adherence to program. CMMS (360) program coordination and reporting to ensure adherence to program.

Chosen candidate may work remote in from home office in Rhode Island, Massachusetts or New Hampshire when not on travel.


Education, Experience and Certifications:

  • High School Degree / GED required, Associates / Bachelor Degree preferred
  • 2 5 years experience in facilities, building services or corporate support role
  • Cross-boundary work experience (internal and external)


  • Aptitude for Technology / IT Literate
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Proven experience collaborating with outside groups for success
  • Demonstrated Relationship Management skills with experience supporting a matrix team
  • Superb attention to detail

Hours and Work Schedule

Hours per Week: 40
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
